Fingerprints

The Linn County Sheriff's Office will fingerprint individuals for certain jobs, licenses and other necessary circumstances. 

Fingerprinting will be done by appointment only Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Later appointments may be available due to extenuating circumstances. 

There is a $15.00 fee.

Payment may be made via cash, money order, credit card or debit card. 

Individuals must bring their own card(s) from the agency requesting the fingerprints. 

Individuals must bring a valid driver's license or Missouri ID.

Some employers require fingerprints through the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Please visit their website at www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov for further information.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office has Child Identification Information pamphlets available for free which include fingerprints, DNA samples, medical information, etc. that can be provided to authorities if ever needed.
